1 tbsp. yellow mustard

½ tsp. Dijon mustard

1 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. sweet relish

½ cup bacon bites

Smoked paprika

Servings: 6-12

Preparation time: 1 hour

Method:

You will cook thee ahead, so proceed as usual and boil water and salt to hard-boil the eggs.

Meanwhile, you can combine all other ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for later.

Once the eggs are cooked, rinse under cold water until they are cool enough to shell.

Peel carefully. Cut the cooked eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolk carefully.

Add to the mayonnaise mixture you created earlier and combine well.

Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Stuff each half-white cooked egg with new mixture and store in container until ready to serve so you can store in refrigerator.

Make sure, when you bring them to your picnic or camping trip that you have a place cold enough to keep them.
